The Media Technologies and Resources photographs contain images of Indiana State University people, facilities, and events over the years. Chronological photographs contains images from 1960 to 2002 although this is not a comprehensive set of all photographs taken between these years. The subject collection is a series of photographs grouped alphabetically by subject matter. The numbered collection is a set of two boxes containing a clear numbering scheme tying the photographs together. The Terre Haute Center for Medical Education series contains photographs mostly of medical material such as x-rays. The campus buildings series contains images of the Indiana State University campus and its facilities. The department collection organizes requested photographs from university departments. The interest collection and the George/Media series both contain an assortment of pictures with no apparent organization. The staff and faculty portraits contains official portraits from the early 1980s to the late 1990s. The remaining three series of slides, negatives, and prints organizes the remaining boxes without a clear transfer date or incomplete information by format.
