Biographical or Historical Information

Charles L. Pulliam was a mathematics teacher at the Indiana State Normal School during the late 1890's. He later earned his law degree and established a practice at 515 Ohio Street in Terre Haute. Pulliam served as Vigo County Circuit Court Judge from 1915-1920.
