Scope and Contents

The Jack Munsee Papers consists of correspondence, memos, articles, minutes, and course notes. Much of the Jack Munsee Collection can be summed up as correspondence of Dr. Munsee and other colleagues in the office of Life Sciences. These correspondences are primarily organized in the order that they were received spanning the years of 1967-1969. The correspondences range from departmental issues, financial issues, and other personal matters that had occurred in the late 1960’s.

Biographical or Historical Information

Dr. Jack Munsee was a Professor in Life Sciences from 1959 to 1987. He was very active with a number of environmental organizations and supported many conservation causes throughout his career (courtesy of the Biology Department of Indiana State).
