The records of the Vice President for Administrative Affairs were records created and maintained by that office, which includes the function of the Secretary of the University. This office kept record of the documentation between the various vice presidents, colleges, schools, and departments of the university in addition to the Office of the President and the Board of Trustees. Eventually, the office was discontinued with the role of the Secrety of the University being transferred to the University's general counsel.
