Human Resources Records
The Human Resources Records consists of former employee records, salary books, and a professional development catalog. These records may consist of an array of different information that may include: payroll activation forms, resume and related documents such as examples of work or letters of recommendation, new employee documents such as offer of employment letter or acceptance letter, supporting documents related to appointments, promotions, and reclassifications, position/job description and performance expectations, insurance information, benefits records, and performance evaluations. The salary books list every Indiana State University employee's name and salary at a point during the year. The professional development catalog lists a number of training programs and seminars available to Indiana State University employees throughout the academic year.
