The Collection of 1940 Reunion consists of a newsletter and a list. In the newsletter, alumni provided a brief biography as to what they have done since graduating from Indiana State Teachers College. The list appears to be attendees at the Class of 1940 reunion.

Scope and Contents The Communications and Marketing Records consists of alumni photographs, video tapes, student activity pamphlets, undergraduate bulletins, and community relations press releases. The majority of these records include photographs of university faculty, alumni, campus buildings, student organizations, campus life, and university events. The Dorothy Louise Hinghouse English Collection consists of educational material from Dorothy English's time at the State High School and Indiana State Teachers College, between the years of 1931 to 1935. The collection also includes a number of alumni reunion materials from 1980 to 1985. The collection also consists of photographs, newsclippings, and commencement material from Dorothy English's stay at both schools.

The Frank E. Rhea Indiana State Newsletters consists of newsletters published by Indiana State University during World War 2. The newsletters contain news of Indiana State students and alumni from around the world as well as local news at Indiana State. The newsletters make reference to the first students enrolling at Indiana State under the G.I. Bill.

The Indiana State University Foundation video collection consists of videos and slide shows. The videos and slides depict campus events such as the Homecoming Parade and alumni dinners and awards. The remaining videos show a tandem bicycle race, interviews with Alumni Phone Center staff, and promotional material for the Indiana State University Foundation and College of Business.

Scope and Contents The Jane Cunningham Hazledine Papers have two sections.  The first section consists of newspaper clippings, photographs, a ticket stub, a poem, event programs, correspondence, invitations, a yearbook, a bulletin, and newspapers. This section focuses especially on Jane's high school years until she graduated in 1932 from the Indiana State Training School.
