Scope and Contents

The Department of Art Records collection consists of faculty and administration files, correspondences, and records as well as some student art work. Many of these records and files contain information on budgeting, personal files, and general office materials and procedures including department meeting minutes, course information, and faculty committees. This collection also has undergraduate and graduate student files from 1975-1982 including inactive student records.

Scope and Contents The Herrmann Collection focuses on the history of knowledge in the field of psychology on human memory.  In addition to books, there are also compact disc programs, tapes, and similar items, several of which authored by the collection's namesake.  There are additional artifacts in the form of found art, handcrafted and fabricated elephant statuary from around the world as well as bottles of so-called memory-enhancing elixirs.  The colleciton also includes a large selection of cartoons about...
